The clutch fork is mainly responsible for converting the movement of the clutch operating lever into the movement of the clutch pressure plate, thereby realizing the opening and closing of the clutch. When the driver depresses the clutch pedal, the clutch operating lever will push the clutch fork to move toward the clutch pressure plate, causing the clutch to disengage, and the engine's power will no longer be transmitted to the transmission to realize the gear shifting operation. When the driver releases the clutch pedal, the clutch operating lever will return to its original position, the clutch pressure plate will be re-engaged under the action of torque, the engine power will be transmitted to the transmission again, and the vehicle will return to normal driving status.
